Job Summary:

The ERP Support Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Prophet 21 ERP system. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent technical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to users at all levels, resolving issues related to the P21 application and business processes.
  • Develop and maintain data processing solutions to enhance the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with the Operational Excellence team to create or update P21 business process documentation.
  • Assist with projects related to P21 and provide ad hoc training as requested by management.
  • Work closely with the ERP Support Manager to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience working in Epicor's Prophet 21 ERP System.
  • Fundamental understanding of branch operations.
  • Proficient in standard office software tools (Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
