Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling services to clients, addressing a range of mental health concerns.
- Screen for human trafficking concerns and provide crisis intervention services as needed.
- Represent the program in clinical provider meetings and collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective care.
- Facilitate foster parent trainings and provide emergency on-call support as required.
- Master of Social Work (MSW) or a master's degree in psychology, sociology, or a related field.
- Licensed or license-eligible to provide clinical services in CT.
- At least 2 years of postgraduate experience providing direct services to children or adolescents.
- Bilingual proficiency.
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
