Senior Director of Finance and Investment

The Global Impact Investing Network is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Finance & Investment to join our Catalyzing Investment Team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the blended finance impact funds managed by AV Ventures (AVV) LLC, our investment management subsidiary.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Provide guidance and oversight to AVV's local investment management efforts, including pipeline building, investment memo review, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring.
- Technical Support: Offer technical support to the financial services and investment facilitation components of projects, including financial systems analysis, partnership engagement, and access to finance initiatives.
- Business Development: Contribute to fundraising efforts with potential Limited Partner investors and develop impact measurement frameworks for AVV impact funds.
- Minimum of eight (8) years' experience in investment or finance, including overseas work, plus three (3) years of managerial experience.
- Master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, international development, or a related field.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with significant work experience in private equity or investment preferred.
- Fluency in English required, with fluency in Russian, French, and/or Spanish preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
