Job Description

Preferred Care at Home of North Nashville is seeking a Senior Support Associate to join our team. As a Senior Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have a warm and empathetic approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be physically fit and able to lift up to 25 pounds, as well as possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks according to client preferences
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation as needed
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to management

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting rate of $15 per hour, with opportunities for advancement
