Senior Site Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Site Development Manager to oversee construction projects in the Pierce County area. This role is based in Sumner, Pierce County, where you will be responsible for managing multiple sites with 50-80 homes each.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage multi-family town homes projects from inception to completion.
• Supervise a team of 2-6 members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Oversee construction sites to ensure compliance, safety, and quality assurance standards are met.
• Develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet deadlines and budget targets.
• Collaborate with trades and vendors to ensure smooth site operations and minimize delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues before they impact the project timeline or budget.
• Work closely with the project manager to align project goals and objectives with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
**Requirements:**
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Superintendent in multi-family and residential single-family homes.
• Strong background in project management, with a focus on site development and construction projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams towards project goals.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex site issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in construction software and technology, with a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to job sites as needed.
We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
