This will enable timely and accurate billing for patients receiving care in our Outpatient Services, Offsite Laboratories, Specimen Collection Center, or Emergency Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately register patients in the hospital information system
  • Collect and verify demographic, insurance, and clinical information
  • Ensure accurate records and timely billing
  • Handle all aspects of scheduling same-day visits, tests, and exams
  • Provide reception and manage patient flow in support of Laboratory and Diagnostic Imaging testing services or Emergency Department Care

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant customer service experience
  • Experience using a computerized information system
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred

Pay Range: $25.41
