- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Superintendent to join our team at National Community Renaissance.
The successful candidate will report to the VP of Construction and oversee all aspects of construction on assigned project sites. Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the Construction Manager and VP of Construction to develop project scopes, track budgets, and maintain timelines.
- Managing subcontractors, overseeing daily construction activities, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Providing regular written reports and scheduling updates.
- Evaluating situations and making decisions without immediate supervision.
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience managing residential projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
National CORE offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, employees enjoy:
