Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads through email and phone outreach
  • Manage and maintain accurate data in our CRM system
  • Respond to leads in real-time, ensuring timely follow-up and qualification
  • Research and assign leads to the appropriate sales team members
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and performance
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Less than 2 years of call center or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
