Front Desk Agent

Position Overview

The Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service to guests who are arriving, departing, or staying at the hotel. This position entails responsibilities such as guest check-ins, check-outs, addressing inquiries, managing reservations, and maintaining a welcoming attitude throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check-in guests using both manual and digital systems
  • Assist guests with check-outs and finalize their accounts
  • Process cash transactions and ensure accurate financial records
  • Respond to guest inquiries and promote hotel room offerings
  • Manage PBX systems for incoming calls and guest wake-up requests
  • Foster positive customer relations and provide necessary assistance
  • Support departmental communication and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent educational background
  • Prior experience in a Front Desk role is advantageous
  • Proficient in cash handling
  • Basic computer skills are required
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays
