Guest Services Representative

Position Overview
The Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service to visitors checking in, checking out, or staying at the hotel. This position encompasses a variety of tasks, including guest check-ins, check-outs, responding to inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and register incoming guests using both manual and digital systems
- Assist guests with the check-out process and finalize their accounts
- Process cash transactions and keep precise financial records
- Respond to guest inquiries and promote hotel room options
- Manage incoming calls and coordinate wake-up services
- Foster positive customer relations and provide necessary assistance
- Support departmental communication and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in a Front Desk role is advantageous
- Proficient in cash handling
- Basic computer skills are required
- Availability to work during weekends and holidays
