We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Steward to join our team at Troon International. As a Steward, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our food and beverage operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping and mopping floors, and emptying trash receptacles.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems.
  • Store all dishes and other wares in their designated areas.
  • Incorporate safe work practices into your job performance.
  • Clean, wash, and sanitize all dishes, and clean the kitchen after closing.
  • Perform other duties as required.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • No prior experience is required, but we will provide training.
  • ServSafe certification is preferred.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
