About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BCBA Clinical Director to join our team at Bloomwell Autism Therapy. As a Clinical Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and inspiring growth and progress in our patients and teammates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the financial health of the clinic by managing intakes, scheduling, and conducting interviews for new team members.
  • Build relationships with teammates and families, and utilize OBM principles to create a positive work/team culture.
  • Monitor BCBA treatment hours, support effective time management skills, and conduct quality audits for treatment plans and learning trees.
  • Accountable for initial onboarding and ongoing training for new team members, including completion of required competency checks.
  • Support BCBAs with transition and discharge, including final approval of any titration plans.
  • Create a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative team environment felt by teammates, patients, and families.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB.
  • 3 Years of Experience as a practicing Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferably in a clinic setting.
  • State license, as required.
  • Experience working with children with autism and related disorders.
  • Passion for building, growth, and innovation.
