Requirements
  • Master's Degree in behavior analytic content
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
  • 2-3 years of experience in ABA field, working with various ages
  • 2-3 years of management/supervision experience
  • Exemplary leadership, mentoring, and organization skills
