  • Generate leads, arrange appointments, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.

As an Agent Team Member, you will benefit from:

Qualifications:

  • Preferred sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for the role that insurance and financial products play in helping individuals manage everyday risks, recover from unforeseen events, and achieve their aspirations.
  • Self-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Capability to deliver presentations to prospective clients.
  • Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license.
  • Must currently hold Property and Casualty license.
  • Must be able to obtain Life and Health license.
  • Must currently hold Life and Health license.
  • Must currently hold Personal Lines Licenses.
  • Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
