Your role will involve cultivating and nurturing customer relationships in the community to promote various State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based approach to inform clients about insurance options.
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
- Generate leads, arrange appointments, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
As an Agent Team Member, you will benefit from:
- Hourly compensation plus commission and bonuses.
- Paid time off, including vacation and personal/sick days.
- Valuable industry experience.

Qualifications:
- Preferred sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
- A genuine enthusiasm for the role that insurance and financial products play in helping individuals manage everyday risks, recover from unforeseen events, and achieve their aspirations.
- Self-driven and detail-oriented.
- Capability to deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license.
- Must currently hold Property and Casualty license.
- Must be able to obtain Life and Health license.
- Must currently hold Life and Health license.
- Must currently hold Personal Lines Licenses.
- Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
