Position Summary: As a Mixing Technician II, your primary responsibility will be to accurately prepare and blend ingredients in accordance with established recipe guidelines. You will be an integral part of a diverse and inclusive team that prioritizes safety, quality, and innovation. If you possess experience in mixing operations and have a passion for crafting delightful products, this role is tailored for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately prepare ingredients as outlined in the recipe; manage starters, sponges, and other components. Mix ingredients to meet specified time and temperature requirements.
  • Continuously monitor and regulate dough temperatures throughout the mixing process, ensuring the final mix meets desired characteristics.
  • Visually and physically assess the dough's texture to confirm it aligns with targeted specifications. Oversee the efficiency of the Rheon Line to prevent overloading.
  • Maintain ingredient inventory control and ensure refrigerated items are stored properly.
  • When permissible, incorporate waste dough back into mixes according to established guidelines. Ensure scales are calibrated and functioning correctly.
  • Document mixing data promptly and accurately. Keep mixing equipment clean and sanitized, and ensure batch containers are properly identified and weighed.
  • Organize and maintain cleanliness in coolers and ingredient storage areas.
  • Consistently lift and handle 50 lbs. flour bags for short durations.
  • Monitor starter usage to adhere to time limits. Complete mixing documentation at the end of each shift and store it appropriately.
  • Commit to maintaining and enhancing the quality, legality, and safety of all products and processes. Keep the work area clean and report any potential hazards or suspicious activities to a Supervisor immediately.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently.

Shift: 3rd shift (10:00 pm - 6:30 am)

Compensation: $21.66 per hour
