About the Role

The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands to retail stores within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock and display products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within a set territory.
  • Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.
  • Use a company-issued phone to clock in and out for scheduled shifts and track mileage for reimbursement.

Shift and Schedule

Full-time position with 5 scheduled shifts per week, including weekends. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

We are looking for a self-motivated and customer service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You thrive working independently on assigned tasks, but you look forward to interacting with people at work.

Total Rewards

  • Pay starting at $20.90 per hour, with a rate increase to $22.00 per hour after 6 months.
  • Benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, 401k with company match, tuition reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
