Job Title: Performance Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Improvement Specialist to join our team at Kaufman Hall & Associates LLC.

About the Role

The Performance Improvement Specialist will be responsible for leading workforce optimization initiatives and providing data-driven insights to drive business growth and improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor analytics, supply chain management, and operations excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data management strategies to collect and analyze client data
  • Lead data analysis and interpretation to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement workforce optimization plans
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to clients on project progress and results
  • Assist in the development and management of key engagement project management tools and templates
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in labor analytics, supply chain management, or operations excellence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
