About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse. As a Busser, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dining room, providing exceptional service to our guests, and supporting our wait staff in delivering an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Table Maintenance: Reset tables according to our high standards, removing plates and silverware when guests have finished, and setting up and breaking down the dining room for each shift.
  • Service Station Management: Maintain service stations in a clean and orderly manner throughout your shift, ensuring that all necessary items are readily available.
  • Support to Wait Staff: Assist wait staff in carrying trays and bringing food to tables, providing a seamless and efficient dining experience for our guests.
  • Appearance and Attitude: Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times, adhering to our company's dress code and standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.
