Electrical Power Generation Technician II

Warren CAT is seeking a skilled Electrical Power Generation Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality repair services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose equipment issues, providing recommendations for repairs and making critical machine and engine repairs and adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with company and customer safety and contamination procedures, including MSHA guidelines for mining applications.
  • Generate service reports, required oil samples, and inspections, and submit them to dispatchers in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve maximum value for work performed while providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or three to five years of related experience and/or training.
  • Preferably an Associate's degree in Applied Diesel Technology.
  • Clean driving record and a valid CDL license within 90 days.
  • Successful completion of Work steps assessment and certification in forklift and man lift operation.
  • Completion of arc flash training and EPG Level I training.
  • Ability to work overtime and pass a DOT physical, if required.
