Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Biological Science (or related field) from an accredited institution.">
- Certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP) or Medical Lab Technician (AMT).">
- 2+ years of experience in blood banking, chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunology, and urinalysis/body fluids.">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
