  • Proficient in shop mathematics and standard office software.
  • Hands-on experience with tools and forklifts.
  • Demonstrated skills in coaching, leadership, and team development.
  • Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment.
  • Computer literacy, including Office 365 and CMMS.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Able to collaborate with various teams, managers, and supervisors.
  • Valid driver's license in North Carolina.
