  • Customer Service: Engage with customers, respond to their needs, and provide solutions to their queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and displays.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Asset Protection: Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
  • Photo Services: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
  • Web Pick-up: Assist with web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English: Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Flexibility: Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
  • Experience: Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Walgreens Experience: Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.
