Our Operations department is currently in search of an Assembly Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to team members during the assembly of manual wheelchairs.
  • Conduct standard work training to ensure all team members are adequately prepared to achieve production targets.
  • Oversee production processes to guarantee efficiency while identifying and addressing waste.
  • Detect process irregularities and production line rejects, reporting them in daily reviews.
  • Maintain a safe and tidy work environment for the production team, promoting a culture of safety.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate basic computer proficiency (Windows, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Respond promptly and effectively to production line issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in a production lead role or a minimum of 2 years as a production line operator.
  • Must be adaptable to change and willing to learn all aspects of the assembly process.
