Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team at Tennessee Cheesecake. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating food processing machinery, folding boxes, removing finished product from pans, and other tasks in our food manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate food processing machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Fold boxes and prepare product for packaging.
  • Remove finished product from pans and place on assembly line.
  • Assemble boxes and pack product into cases.
  • Stack cases on pallets and move racks of finished product throughout the facility.
  • Follow all food safety guidelines and hygiene practices.
  • Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 35lbs on a regular basis and up to 50lbs on an occasional basis.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
