Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve new business production targets and objectives.
  • Generate new business through various channels including phone outreach and networking.
  • Prepare insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
  • Establish and maintain networking relationships with professionals such as Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Lenders.
  • Document all customer interactions in our management system.
  • Encourage referrals from each customer and explain our referral incentives.
  • Utilize each customer interaction as an opportunity for cross-selling and upselling financial products.
  • Adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance standards.
  • Stay informed about new product offerings.
  • Excel in building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Follow up with clients through phone calls to maintain relationships.
  • Engage potential customers using VOIP and other telecommunication technologies.
  • Inform clients about promotions and new product offerings using established scripts.
  • Contact individuals and businesses to promote our services and referral programs.
  • Guide clients in selecting insurance policies that best meet their needs.

Qualifications

Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt, with a resourceful and coachable mindset.

Possess a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Ability to initiate relationships from scratch.

Strong multitasking and follow-up skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Self-motivated individual who thrives in independent work settings.

Proven sales experience is essential.

Must excel at securing appointments from initial outreach.

Property & Casualty insurance license is mandatory.

A Life & Health Insurance license is also required.

Demonstrated strong work ethic and leadership capabilities.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Ability to handle customer objections gracefully.

Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.

Possess strong listening and closing skills.
