Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various methods, including referrals, networking, and outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' insurance needs to determine their coverage preferences and financial objectives.
- Inform clients about available insurance products and suggest appropriate policies tailored to their requirements and financial capabilities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey, from initial contact to policy finalization and ongoing support.
- Maintain precise records of client interactions, policies, and transactions within our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and product enhancements to provide informed advice to clients and maintain a competitive edge.
- Achieve or surpass sales goals and performance benchmarks established by the agency.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in insurance sales or a similar field.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to establish rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-driven with a proactive mindset towards sales and client relationship management.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Possession of an insurance license or willingness to obtain one if not currently licensed.
