About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our team at Pacific Retail Capital Partners. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our properties, including maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Manage the custodial and groundskeeping teams to ensure a clean and safe environment for tenants and customers.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement energy-efficient and cost-saving initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint.
  • Collaborate with the leasing and marketing teams to ensure a positive tenant experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as operations management or facilities management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities management, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance and operational functions, including the ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
