Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and technicians to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and negotiate contracts.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with company quality standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior project management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
