Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect nursing services within crisis intervention settings.
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop tailored care plans.
- Implement interventions and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Provide health education and case management to support recovery.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by authorized personnel.
Employment Details:
- Full-time roles available.
- Annual salary of $70,500, inclusive of holiday pay, shift differentials, and benefits.
- Non-exempt status under FLSA.
- Shifts available for evening and day schedules.
- Contract opportunities for qualified RN III candidates at $50 - $55 per hour.
- RN III: Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a valid Oklahoma RN license and one year of professional experience; or an Associate degree in Nursing with two years of experience; or an Associate degree in Nursing with three years of LPN experience in psychiatric care.
- RN II: Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a valid Oklahoma RN license or an Associate degree in Nursing with one year of experience; or an Associate degree in Nursing with two years of LPN experience in psychiatric care.
- RN I: Associate degree in Nursing with a valid Oklahoma RN license.
Applicants must be able to meet physical demands, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and exerting a maximum force of 25 pounds.
