Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $93,000 to $123,000, depending on qualifications and experience.


Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to join our Orthopedic Trauma PCU team at Medical City Plano. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and coordination of all functions within the unit during your designated shift.

You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care. This includes assisting with admission and discharge processes, partnering with subject matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and services, providing coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement, and assisting with staff scheduling.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • 1+ years of applicable experience is preferred.
  • Current licensure as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or active compact license is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
