Job Title: Lead Mitigation TechnicianJob Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mitigation Technician to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Lancaster/Lebanon Counties. As a Lead Mitigation Technician, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in responding to emergency and property damaging situations, preserving as much of the property as possible while working safely and efficiently on the job site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technicians in responding to emergency and property damaging situations
  • Conduct damage assessments and develop restoration plans
  • Manage cleaning and demolition processes for both contents and structural damage
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Participate in on-call schedule and respond to emergency situations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year experience in a craft, trade, or manual labor position or equivalent schooling
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ year experience in the restoration industry
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 60lbs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a variety of settings, including residential and commercial properties
