Key Responsibilities- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain REPCO chlorine systems in the field.
- Provide onsite customer training and ensure successful operation, maintenance, and record-keeping of customer chlorine systems.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and evolve our technical relationship to meet their equipment requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for REPCO's chlorine customers, ensuring prompt response and resolution to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Mill Service team as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Aerospace, Civil, or related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and process controls (pressure, flow, levels, and speed).
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and CAD software experience.
- Ability to travel up to 50-70% within the western region of the U.S.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Platforms and familiarity with ISO 17025, OSHA, and HACCP.
The employee will frequently use hands to handle equipment, hear and talk, and sit, stand, and walk. Occasional climbing, lifting up to 150 pounds, and exposure to dust, dirt, loud noise, and odors or fumes are expected. Personal protective equipment will be provided when required.
