Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and loans, and performing opening and closing store duties. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, interacting with customers in person and on the phone, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales, loans, and extensions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform opening and closing store duties, including counting cash, balancing the register, and securing the store.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
  • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
