Dynamic SNF Speech Language Pathologist Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in one of our partner Skilled Nursing Facilities located in Silverton, Idaho.
This permanent, full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while enjoying a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and Develop Treatment Plans: Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans for patients with communication, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.
- Provide Direct Therapy Services: Deliver high-quality therapy services in various medical settings, including SNFs, home health, outpatient clinics, or hospitals.
- Monitor Patient Progress: Regularly track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Patient Education and Support: Educate patients, families, and caregivers on effective communication and swallowing strategies, as well as provide guidance on home exercises.
- Accurate Documentation: Maintain precise documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and reimbursement requirements.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest advances in medical speech-language pathology through ongoing education and professional development.
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for CCC.
- Experience working within a medical setting; SNF, HH, Outpatient, Post-Acute Rehab, etc.
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $75-$85 per hour, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a travel stipend to support your career growth.
