  • Provide timely and effective support to clients regarding IRS inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve office priorities and goals.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in customer service or retail.
  • Proficiency in using virtual tools, including video, phone, and chat platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to meet all applicable IRS and state requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes medical coverage, 401(k) retirement savings plan, employee stock purchase plan, and various discounts on everyday items and services.
