Project Coordinator for Development and Construction

At Roem Development Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level in project administration.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to Development Managers and Project Managers. This will include tasks such as preparing and managing project-related documentation, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and maintaining accurate records using various systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide daily assistance to Development Managers and Project Managers, ensuring smooth workflow both in the office and on project sites, as needed.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare, manage, and track all project-related documentation, including agreements, change orders, purchase orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), transmittals, and submittals. Distribute these documents to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Subcontractor Prequalification: Obtain and log subcontractor prequalification forms and references to ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
  • Tracking in Systems: Manage and maintain accurate project documentation and data using Sage 300/Timberline, Procore, and Textura. This includes tracking meeting minutes, budget reports, and other relevant project information.
  • Invoice Management: Work closely with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain, review, and process invoices and other necessary documentation, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and compliant with project timelines and budgets.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a similar position. You should also be proficient in using project management software and have a good understanding of construction processes.
