Job Summary

The Project Engineer 2 plays a crucial role in the success of our construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Implement safety protocols and quality control measures to minimize risks and ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on project engineering and management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and construction software, such as CMiC.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $98,017 - $123,523, depending on experience, plus a target bonus based on individual and company performance.
