Job Title: Clinical Director of Child Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director of Child Services to join our team at True Team Medical. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to our child and family services staff, as well as developing and evaluating clinical trainings to ensure our staff have the necessary skills to deliver high-quality evidence-based therapeutic services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision to child and family services staff, including individual clinical supervision and case consultation.
  • Develop and evaluate clinical trainings to ensure staff have the necessary skills to deliver high-quality evidence-based therapeutic services.
  • Ensure new employees have the necessary credentials, training, and supervision to provide appropriate services.
  • Coordinate orientation training for new employees.
  • Participate on Quality Management Committee.
  • Regularly review and update policy and procedures as needed.
  • Respond to provider by monitoring requests, post-payment reviews, and audits, while ensuring compliance with all applicable standards.
  • Monitor systems to ensure quality, efficiency, and long-term viability of the Agency.
  • Promote and monitor open communication within the Agency and with community partners, and represent the Agency in the community.
  • Respond to requests for applications and complete grant applications as needed.
  • Implement plans-of-correction with staff to assist staff in meeting job expectations and addressing professional development issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee personnel files by completing personnel reviews in a timely manner.
  • Participate in bi-weekly management team meetings and annual retreats.
  • Assist management team with various committee, workgroup, community, legislative, and quality assurance/compliance issues as needed.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work or psychology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in a child and family services setting.
  • Strong clinical supervision and training skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and ability to develop and implement clinical trainings.
