About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Coffee Barista to join our team at Coborn's. As a Coffee Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing beverages and food to their liking, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages and food to guests, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
