The Coffee Barista Lead is a key member of our retail team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. As a Beverage Service Manager, you will be the face of our coffee shop, responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve beverages and food items to guests, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate coffee shop equipment, including espresso machines and grinders, to ensure efficient and high-quality beverage preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee shop environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and completing reports as needed.
- Support the Coffee Shop Manager in achieving sales goals and maintaining a positive store image.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
