Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and oversight for field operations
Supervise and manage a team of Field Engineers and Technicians
Develop and implement area profit plans
Review and audit field jobs
Coordinate technical training for field personnel
Perform employee performance reviews and recommend salary changes

Requirements:
Minimum five years of experience in the industrial service industry
Strong communication, supervisory, and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Internet research
Willingness to travel overnight to cover field regions and attend company meetings

Education:
Four-year degree or graduate of Electrical Technical School or Military equivalent, BSEE/BSEET preferred
