Safety Compliance Specialist

Job Responsibilities:- Administer and audit Safety and Compliance processes and procedures to ensure DOT and FMCSR adherence.
- Update CDLs, DOT physicals, MVRs, and CA Pull Notices within Infinium and DQ files on an ongoing basis.
- Research and resolve issues with received documentation.
- Provide training to new Safety/Compliance personnel.
- Prepare statistical data and compile records and reports for leadership.
- Record orders for merchandise or service and verify billing.
- Follow up with Operations personnel to ensure safety training and disciplinary actions are carried out per Company policy.
- Perform audits of scanned Driver Qualification (DQ) files.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that facilitates the success of business operations.
- 1 year of safety/compliance experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- Attention to detail.
- Motivated and self-starter.
