Safety Compliance Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
  • Administer and audit Safety and Compliance processes and procedures to ensure DOT and FMCSR adherence.
  • Update CDLs, DOT physicals, MVRs, and CA Pull Notices within Infinium and DQ files on an ongoing basis.
  • Research and resolve issues with received documentation.
  • Provide training to new Safety/Compliance personnel.
  • Prepare statistical data and compile records and reports for leadership.
  • Record orders for merchandise or service and verify billing.
  • Follow up with Operations personnel to ensure safety training and disciplinary actions are carried out per Company policy.
  • Perform audits of scanned Driver Qualification (DQ) files.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that facilitates the success of business operations.
Qualifications:
  • 1 year of safety/compliance experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Motivated and self-starter.
