Job Summary:

The Store Operations Manager position at Fast Track plays a crucial role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team, maintaining store standards, and maximizing sales and profits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, and train a team of sales associates and management staff
  • Assign tasks and ensure store cleanliness and organization, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to safety meetings and promotions, ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and employees
  • Monitor inventory and pricing, making data-driven decisions to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Prepare daily paperwork and bank deposits, maintaining accurate financial records
  • Collaborate with the district supervisor to develop and implement sales strategies and budget plans

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Willingness to work a set schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Reliable transportation
  • Supervisory skills and experience in a retail or convenience store environment

  • Experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth
  • Knowledge of inventory management and pricing strategies
