**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Twin Peaks Restaurant. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining a profitable store environment that provides best-in-class service and hospitality to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the General Manager and Assistant Managers to develop and implement store strategies that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of Assistant Managers to ensure seamless store operations, including inventory management, employee scheduling, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes that enhance store efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store employees, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement, to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a retail or restaurant management role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of Assistant Managers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
