Radiology Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Scheduler to join our team at Classic Westchester. This role is responsible for scheduling exams, ensuring optimum service to patients and supporting the department in effectively maximizing schedules.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling radiology procedures in an organized and efficient manner.
- Answering phones and guiding patients through the steps and answering their questions and concerns.
- Inputting/updating patient information in our medical system.
- Communicating with physicians, medical offices, patients, family, and insurance companies.
Educational Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in the medical field preferred.
- One to four years of related experience.
Core Skills:
- Excellent communication skills essential.
- Ability to think and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
