Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Baggage Coordinator to join our team at Denver Airport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth handling of luggage and providing exceptional customer service to our passengers.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with airline staff to coordinate luggage collection and delivery
  • Work with contractors to load and unload luggage as needed
  • Pick up luggage from various airlines throughout the airport
  • Communicate with the operations manager to ensure seamless operations
  • Dispatch luggage to the correct destinations
  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring their luggage is delivered promptly and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Work hours: evenings/late night, varying shifts
  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Lift 70lbs and twist/bend on a constant basis
  • Be able to walk a full shift throughout the airport daily
  • Strong verbal communication skills with exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Work as a team player

What We Offer:

  • $25.00 per hour
