Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of Airport Baggage Handling systems to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cross-functional teams to design, install, and commission customer solutions at some of the world's largest airports.
  • Establish project parameters, review materials, and conduct project review meetings.
  • Meet with customers and sales teams to review project progress.
  • Ensure effective communication with customers, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee engineering teams, monitor hours usage, and review deliverables.
  • Establish schedules, priorities, and lead times.
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure smooth communication with accounting.
  • Review estimates, change orders, and major sub-contracts.
  • Develop procedures for job closeout and initiate job closeout.
  • Travel and overtime required as business needs dictate.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Airport Baggage Handling Project Management.
  • Airport experience strongly preferred.
  • Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
  • Hard worker/self-starter with knowledge of computer scheduling software.
  • Ability to travel.
