Key Responsibilities
- Direct overall operations in the Guest Service Center on an assigned shift.
- Verify incoming and outgoing banks, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Complete pit fills, slot fills, and jackpots, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Verify transactions greater than $1,500, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Troubleshoot and reconcile problems/issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Balance the Main Bank at the end of shift, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Complete required reports, providing timely and accurate information.
Requirements
- Signatory authority and responsibility for the Main Bank, Guest Service Center operations, and supervision of other staff.
- Ability to provide direction, establish priorities, assign tasks, coordinate work, and/or monitor the work of other personnel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
