About the Role
Enterprise is a national nonprofit that exists to make a good home possible for the millions of families without one. We support community development organizations on the ground, aggregate and invest capital for impact, advance housing policy at every level of government, and build and manage communities ourselves. Our team in Washington, DC is seeking a Program Director to join our Equitable Resilience & Revitalization (ERR) team of Enterprise Advisors. The ERR team helps local governments and their partners tap their strengths and unlock their potential to design, fund, and implement strategies to advance equitable resilience, revitalization, and inclusive prosperity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in public sector fiscal health, financial management, and performance.
  • Contribute to the ERR team's pipeline of work by identifying impactful models and partnerships to explore, drafting compelling proposals, and building buy-in around those opportunities.
  • Lead and manage technical assistance projects, including scoping, defining the approach and team, budgeting, managing the project team, reviewing products, and ensuring the project aligns with Enterprise's mission and our partners' needs.
  • Develop written and visual content, methods, and products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, partner organizations, and other teams within Enterprise.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, focus groups, meetings, interviews, and other engagement processes.

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree in economics, finance, business administration, public administration, public policy, social work, planning, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in public finance, economic development, organizational development, housing and community development, or a related field.
