About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Federal Contracts Specialist to join our team at IMSolutions, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various pre-and post-contract and procurement responsibilities pertaining to the procurement of supplies, services, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining copies of contracts/grants and determining if changes apply to other contracts.
  • Supporting contract closeout actions.
  • Assisting with the planning, preparing, and maintaining of acquisition plans and program office administration functions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in planning, awarding, and administering contracts for the U.S. Federal Government.
  • Bachelor's degree or at least 24 credit hours in business or a business-related field.
  • Knowledge of federal contracting laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Acquisition planning experience, including writing statements of work (SOW) and performance work statements (PWS).
